Do you sell hardware to everybody?
Although the majority of our customers are dealers, & system builders, and corporate accounts, we do sell to the general public. Please be advised that we are a small business, and have limited tech support to end users. We recommend that if you are not a dealer, IT person, or technician, you review our return & exchange policy before you purchase from us.

What are you hours of operation?
Our normal hours of operation are:
Mon - Fri: 9am-6pm
Sat.: 10am-1pm

Can I order over the phone and have my products shipped to me?
Of course! We have many people from all over the US order from us over the phone. We ship via UPS, and USPS. All shipping estimates given to you will include insurance. Rest assured that we never charge exorbent handling charges either!

What is your return/exchange policy?
1) All of our new products carry at least a 1-year warranty, unless otherwise noted.
2) All of our used/off-lease/refurbished/recertified products carry at least a 30-day warranty unless otherwise noted.
3) All products must be returned with ALL original packaging, and a dated invoice. Simtechs.com HIGHLY recommends that you maintain your original packaging for the first 30-days after purchasing.
4) Returns made on non-defective products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
5) Simtechs will offer a refund, exchange, or credit within a 30-day time period for all products determined to be defective.
6) If a product malfunctions within a 30 day to 1 year time period the product MUST be sent back to the manufacturer for replacement (RMA). Simtechs.com will RMA the product for a shipping fee of no less than $10 and no more than $20 depending on the weight/size of the item(s). If the customer chooses to deal directly with the manufacturer themselves, Simtechs.com no longer becomes liable for a replacement products. We are happy to provide you with the information you need in order to make a return through the manufacturer.

If I call with a problem will I be able to speak to a real person and not a recording?
We understand that when you call, you want to talk to a real person, not just press numbers and get generic responses. Your call will be handled by one of our staff members with the respect you deserve. There may be times you reach our voice mail system if we are busy speaking with other customers, just leave us a message and we'll return your call as soon as we can!

What does the term "off-lease" mean?
You will see many of our products listed as "off-lease" This term refers to an item that was leased by a company for a period of time. Once the lease is up, the product is still in good condition, and various companies bid to purchase the product. Once we receive a product off-lease, we will go through each one clean, repair, and recycle them. Once they have been tested, we put them out for sale.
We use the term off-lease as it generally refers to a product that has been used in a clean, office-type environment. These products are generally in better aesthetic condition than "used" products.

Why should I buy off-lease or recertified?
In an on-going effort to help you save money, and you carbon footprint, we recommend you consider buying one of our off-lease, refurbished, or recycled products. These products are fully tested, and come with a 30-day warranty. Most people will find that a recycled off-lease system will give them the performance they need at a price they can afford.
